Vendor Terms & Conditions
- Applicants must be the designers, creators and producers of their work.
- Absolutely no kit crafts, imported crafts or items crafted by someone other than the applicant will be accepted.
- Vendor agrees to help promote the Craft Fair as much as possible.
- We reserve the right to select vendors based on the product quality and/or to ensure that we will have a suitable balance of products.
- A table (2.5 ft X 6 ft) plus two chairs will be provided.
- Fees are due when the application is accepted. Tables will be assigned after all spots have been filled. If a vendor withdraws their application after September 1st the rental fee of $75.00 is non-refundable.
- In addition to the table fee, the vendor must provide an item from their stock worth a minimum of $10 for a charity raffle. The item must be given to the organizers before 9:00 am on the day of the event.
- All vendors must remain in place until 4:00 pm and agree not to pack up/remove goods prior to that time.
- Vendors must unload their vehicle and then remove it from the unload area to the parking lot behind City Hall.
- Tables must be covered and skirted by the vendor. Extra stock must be kept tidy and out of sight when possible. Products and/or display must not overflow into the aisles in a manner that will obstruct the flow of traffic or another vendor’s space. Nothing can be taped to the windows or walls of the space behind you.
- Vendors of food must have a copy of your Fraser Health permit or Market Certificate. All food must be properly packaged for sale and not for immediate consumption.
- The Port Moody Craft Fair will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury.
- All participants must be properly clothed and conduct themselves appropriately while serving the public.
